Student Records Requests

To request student records maintained by Carlsbad Unified School District – including information on completed courses, grades, test scores, immunization history, or graduation status – please email spedrecords@carlsbadusd.net with the subject line “Student Records Request”.

Be sure to include the following information in your email:

  • Student’s full name
  • Student’s date of birth
  • Student’s district ID number
